Which Vintage Vogue pattern is this? Is it V2902? I'd give it a vote, but this is a DESIGN contest and seeing as this wasn't DESIGNED by you I can't vote for it.
Ah, yes. Vintage Vogue, somehow I missed that the first time I read the description. I have to agree, I wouldn't feel right voting in a design contest for a design that isn't an original.
I'm happy to see dresses I could wear represented & also thankful for all of the other beautiful work of other designers that you shared w me and encouraged me to vote for/support! It's inspiring me to want to try making something for myself!
It's not clear to me whether "ADMIN" is an actual admin or a user account named "admin". Regardless, patterns do not grant legal protection in the United states to anything other than the pattern itself; the final work or design is owned by the maker.
@JOSHUA, for what it's worth, "ADMIN" has a user ID of #274453, which is roughly 1,400 higher than your user ID, so it seems like a new account. Also, if the entry violates the rules, the admins would just remove it. No need to leave an ambiguous comment.
Funny how in that last 24 hours of the contest the "disqualify her" ppl come out... and the heading above this comment box says "Say Something Nice About This Design" just saying
This is such a gorgeous dress. You can see the craftsmanship (craftswomanship) that's been put into it. It's super flattering and looks like it'll work on just about every and any body type.
I think this should have won. Great design, very figure flattering and awesome work. I hope you at least get an honorable mention. A lot of work went into getting it right and it shows
