This looks awesome, I made a linen robe as well, but I find the collar and belt get really wrinkled quickly, quilting them would work much better, looks great on the sleeves also, great idea!

This is just so special. I like the idea of quitting the cuffs and collar and tie. It makes those parts more likely to stay put and not curl or fold funny. And to make these for a wedding party makes them instantly an heirloom!
